      WP1

      Governance

      Oversees the strategic direction of the FrBioNet network, coordinates national partners, and represents the project to French and European authorities. It ensures the consistency, transparency, and long-term sustainability of the infrastructure.

      WP2

      Mapping & National Catalog

      Identifies and inventories all French bio-collections to build an interoperable national catalog. The goal is to improve the visibility, accessibility, and utilization of biological resources and associated data.

      WP3

      Quality & Harmonization

      Strengthens the quality of bio-collections through the standardization of practices, the harmonization of pre-analytical processes, and the implementation of assessment and certification tools. It promotes the reliability and reuse of samples.

      WP4

      Ethics & Regulation (ELSI)

      Supports stakeholders in addressing ethical, legal, and regulatory issues. Develops harmonized tools (digital consent, contractual templates, practical guides) to secure and simplify access to collections.

      WP5

      Digital Platform

      Designs and deploys the national digital platform for FrBioNet. It centralizes information, facilitates the search for samples and data, and simplifies access procedures for public and private researchers.

      WP6

      Training & Awareness

      Develops training and dissemination programs for best practices among biobank professionals and researchers. Manages the national community and enhances professional skills.

      WP7

      Structural Projects & Sustainability

      Supports strategic collections and high-impact pilot projects. Promotes innovative models and ensures the scientific, organizational, and economic sustainability of bio-collections.
